understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation policy

Cancellation Window
Online Orders: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. To cancel your
order

Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders that have already been processed for shipping or have shipped cannot be canceled.
Customized or personalized items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has
started.

Refund Process
If your cancellation request is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that
it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to
your account.
